Forests are flooded with fungi [mushrooms] in a feast of species, colors, odors that only the palette of nature can create.
Of these, some are edible, others are toxic, hallucinogenic and even deadly to humans, but fortunately few specific species. However, everything, absolutely useful for their mission in nature.
Prominent in the category of edible mushrooms, which by no means in mythology were contained in the food of the gods, are the mushrooms of the family Boletus [Latin name] Royal [local name] and Porcini Italian trade name which prevails internationally.
Porcini are extremely tasty and aromatic mushrooms, which is due to the essential oils they contain, in addition to the valuable ingredients that all mushrooms have and classify them as super foods.
